✨ Notice your breasts more. See if there is anything they are communicating.
Even perhaps put your hands on them and just sense what is present.

✨ Go braless as often as possible, or when you feel comfortable to do so.
Notice what differences you feel versus when wearing a bra.
​
✨ If you have been wearing a tight / constrictive bra, I invite you to find a new bra that fits better (resources pages to check out below)

~ Week 2 ~
The Rivers of Life
~ Weekly Invitation ~
The invitation was to practice a lymphatic breast massage flow as often as you are able, and as long as your breasts are wanting that!
You are welcome to go slow and take days off, especially if your breasts get sore, or it feels like it is clearing a lot from your channels.
And definitely drink extra amounts of good water and hydrating beverages this week as well. To support the lymph to be able to flow and clear and nourish as it's designed to!
~ Week 3 ~
Exploring Our Terrain

Continue to practice the lymphatic breast massage flow as often as you are able.

Now, for some sessions, give yourself the space to investigate and see if you can begin to map your tissue. Noticing the qualities of tissue in places that feel blocked / painful / or uncomfortable. And seeing if you may have a sense of what that is, based on all that was shared in our call.
​
Also see what happens when you tend to that particular spot.
​

~ Guidance / Approach ~
​
1 ~ Open up the lymphatic channels and tissue, so things are juicy
and flowing as much as possible.
​
2 ~ Go to a particular area that feels more blocked / stuck / or painful with higher sensations. Feel around there and notice the sensations and emotions you feel inside of your body, and through your fingers.
​
3 ~ Massage that place in whatever way is feeling resonant for your body.
See if anything shifts or changes.
​
4 ~ After focused attention in one area, continue to then bring sweeping strokes back to the main lymph channels, or towards the armpits,
circulating the energy and creating some relief & integration.
​
​
Find your own balance of massage sessions that are nourishing, and ones where you're going into more
detail and discovery.
