Breast Health Foundations

A practical course on how to care for your breasts for the rest of your life.

~ 6 week self-paced online course ~

Learn how to understand your breast tissue, support lymphatic flow, and care for your breasts in a way that feels natural, informed, and empowering.
IMG_3732.JPG
Most women are never taught how to care for their breasts...

We’re told to check for lumps.
To schedule mammograms.
To wait and watch.

But very few women are taught how their breasts actually work - or what they need to stay healthy.

Breast Health Foundations is the solution to that.

This course gives you the essential knowledge and practices to understand your breast tissue, support your lymphatic system, and develop a relationship of care with your body.

That can last the rest of your life.

Instead of feeling confused or quietly worried about what may be happening in your breasts, you will begin to feel informed, capable, and connected.

This course is for women who want...

• to understand what healthy breast tissue actually feels like
• to reduce density, tenderness, and congestion
• to support lymphatic flow in the breasts
• to learn how to assess their own tissue with confidence
• to reduce fear around breast cancer by supporting their terrain

• to understand their breasts and care for them proactively.

And it is for women who want breast care to feel nourishing, skillfull, and intuitive rather than clinical or fear-driven.

Many women experience things like:

dense breast tissue
ropey or fibrous texture
tenderness before their bleed
fluid retention / swollen tissue
lumps or cysts
a feeling of heaviness in the chest

But they are rarely given tools to actually support these issues and their breast health.

So they are left in a cycle of:

waiting, worrying, and hoping nothing develops.

Your breasts deserve more care than that.

They NEED more care than that to actually be healthy.

THESE ARE PRACTICAL SKILLS YOU CAN CARRY WITH YOU FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

BreastTrainingBreastFlower.jpg

This course is based on my 9+ years specializing in breast health and over 1,000 hands-on breast sessions with women.

Through this work I have seen how much breast tissue can change when it receives the right support.

AbiVaseTransparent.png

Many issues women experience are connected to stagnation in the lymphatic system and lack of circulation in the tissue.

When flow is restored, and loving presence is applied, the tissue becomes softer, lighter, and more responsive.

Breast Health Foundations teaches the fundamental principles that support this shift.

What Women Often Experience
   After Learning These Practices...

Women commonly report:

• breasts feeling lighter and less congested
• softening of dense & ropey tissue
• reduced tenderness before their cycle
• feeling calmer about breast health
• feeling more connected to their breasts & body

Most importantly, they stop feeling like breast health is something mysterious or frightening. They understand their bodies and love them more easily.

What women are saying...

After years of being curious about breast massage and attempting it myself (but not realizing I was just essentially re-enacting the "self-breast exam" I had been taught by my midwife decades ago), I signed up to receive a breast massage from Abigail.

As I breathed deeply and allowed myself to be fully present in the moment, I felt a wave of self-love washing over me and a deep sense of relaxation. I discovered a newfound appreciation for my body, particularly my breasts, as sacred vessels of femininity and nurturing energy.

Since that one experience weeks ago, my self-breast massage practice has blossomed. In this journey of self-exploration and self-love, I have come to understand that breast massage is not merely a physical practice, but a gateway to embracing the fullness of my being.

Beyond the physical aspect, holistic breast massage has opened a gateway to a deeper connection with my body and its innate wisdom. As I engage in this nurturing practice, I cultivate a sacred space where I can listen to the messages my body conveys. It allows me to tune in to the subtle energy within, fostering a profound sense of intuition and self-trust. I embrace my breasts as a vital part of my femininity and honor their role in nurturing and nourishing both myself and others.

I am so grateful to have gotten the opportunity to receive a breast massage with Abigail at the Matriarch Rising Festival. I was 7m pregnant at the time, and yearning to nourish my blooming body in every way I could. The session I received offered me a beautiful reconnection with my divine feminine body, and has really allowed me to deepen into the importance of this relationship I have through my breasts.

Her energy was so inviting and intimate, powerful and tender, which was so appreciated as I opened myself to this type of treatment for the first time. I could feel the passion and intention behind Abigail's devotion to women's breast health, which was an integral part of the way I was able to be receptive to this form of healing work. Her treatment felt so good, and she offered me some poignant suggestions for deepening my own relationship with my breasts, as well as how to begin to introduce this to my two year old daughter.

I have absolutely been inspired to reestablish a personal connection with the importance of breast health and I am so happy that my first introduction to this work was with Abigail at the Matriarch Rising Festival. Thank you so much, and I hope to connect again one day.

My deep love for breast care originated from witnessing the profound healing within my own body. I worked 1:1 with Abigail and was able to experience firsthand how powerful this work is. My breasts used to be very dry and fibrous. The tissue felt stagnant and I had a layer of disconnect due to sexual trauma. Through this work, I have evolved into embodying a true love for my breasts and the healing they offer me. Feeling connected to my breasts, and the breast frequency, has allowed me to connect to my heart in deep ways.

My favorite thing about offering breast massage is that the breasts are so responsive and give back energetically. Witnessing women light up and walk away more embodied after a session is a true testament of the healing that happens. This work is truly revitalizing.

What This Course Is Not...

This is not a medical diagnosis program.

And it is not a course on constantly being focused on worrying about breast cancer.

This course teaches you how to support your breasts proactively and naturally so that you feel informed and capable rather than fearful.

Your guide Abigail ~

Hello beautiful!

My name is Abigail Hinds ~ I am a Breast Care Specialist, Healing Practitioner, Weaver and Vocalist.

I have specialized in breast health for 9 years, giving over 1,000 hands-on breast massage sessions, and teaching workshops and trainings internationally.

Very few practitioners in the world hold this level of direct and in-depth experience with breast tissue.

Through years of clinical practice, study in Ayurveda, women's bodywork and holistic health, and my own healing journey, I developed a Lymphatic Breast Tissue Restoration Method that creates real, visible change. In 2024 I founded Breast Health Sanctuary as a space to offer women this holistic care and solutions for their breast issues. I support women to heal and transform their breast tissue, to prepare for healthy breastfeeding, and to prevent cancer.

I have participated in many trainings and courses that contribute to this work and what I teach here. I have trained in multiple Ayurvedic Medicine Courses, Lymphatic Bodywork & Lymphatic Care, multiple Breast Massage / Breast Care Trainings (including post-cancer & surgery care), Women's Bodywork, Womb Massage, and Pelvic Care Trainings. I have also trained in somatic, energetic and spiritual modalities that I weave into my body of work. Including deep body & intuitive movement, sound medicine, shamanic womb healing, and spiritual healing.

BigIOceanSmile.jpg

In addition to my studies and extensive practice, I bring an ancient feminine medicine to this work. As I know these ways of caring for the female body are from many places around  the world that have since been forgotten, burned, buried and destroyed. The midwives, healers and medicine women across time and culture who tended to the female body knew these wisdom ways of nourishment and care for the breasts. I feel this in these sacred spaces, and I honor all of these lineages and women that may not be known today.

It is my great honor and joy to share this medicine with other women, and to support these innate practices of hands-on care to be remembered and revitalized.

Becoming Stewards of our Breasts

Most of us are not taught how to care for our breasts.

The mountainous terrain that sits over our pulsing, feeling hearts.

These magical fountains that flow milky liquid substance to nourish life into form.

These highly attuned antenna, that pulse with the frequencies of our heart,

We are taught to “check them for cancer”.

Orienting our touch towards that of fear, of finding something wrong.

And we are not even given adequate knowledge of what cancer may feel like.

The breasts can be naturally lumpy after all… what kind of lump are we even looking for?

We are taught to push and plump our breasts.

To display them as sexual objects for others to ogle and consume.

A way to receive worthiness and attention.

Or to hide them away, and tuck them into baggy shirts and constricting bras as to not attract this kind of sexual attention.

So there is this sexualization of our breasts and how they look.

And then the fear of cancer and what might be wrong with them.

But what about nourishing the breasts? What about caring for them?

What about tending them and touching them with love?

What about keeping them healthy?

Simply “checking” our breasts, even by the fancy machines like mammograms and sonograms, is not an adequate way to support them to be healthy.

And orienting towards how they look without ever exploring our inner terrain, will also not support them to be healthy.

Our breasts need A LOT more care than these models we have been given.

Answering this call, asks us to become stewards of the rivers of life that flow through our chests.

Our breasts are ALIVE. They are fluid and flowing in nature.

They require our attention and tending to stay healthy and in flow.

To break the curses of generations of women before us, to walk with healthy and radiant breasts, it asks for consistency and care. To take our health into our own hands.
