In this modern day, we are oversaturated with information.
And are simultaneously at risk of losing our most vital form
of intelligence & knowing.
Sometimes before noon you may have received 10 different pieces of advice & recommendations for how to live your life, what to eat, what practices to do, how to approach your relationship.
While some of this advice is certainly sound, the sheer volume can
drown out our own sense of wisdom, confuse our ability to navigate,
and pull us out of our inherent connection to ourselves.
How do you actually feel?
What is true for YOU?
What is GOD trying to communicate
versus the myriad of voices on the internet?
All of this overwhelm / overstimulation / oversaturation
is exhausting and leads us further away from the innate wisdom
that is within. From the GNOSIS contained in our bodies.
We are naturally designed to be in communication with this inner wisdom.
Our intuitive, primal, mystical senses.
It is our Oracular design as women in these female bodies.
These oracular capacities live IN our body and are bridge a direct
connection to the Earth and to God.
And this oracular capacity & wisdom of our female bodies has been under attack for a very long time, from many angles.
Because when we become disconnected from this inner gnosis, we cannot fully discern what is what. We cannot navigate properly. And we are at risk of becoming manipulated, being fooled, doing things that go against our walk with God, and that desecrate the sacredness of what we carry.
I see this in our feminine collective as women betray their own bodies and consent to desecration of their own temples in the name of beauty, of being seen, to get approval of men, and through the false power & heirarchy of the modern medical matrix.
It is time we come home to the holiness of these of vessels.
It is time we INHABIT our bodies and live deeply in-tune with
the intelligence and gnosis that we contain.

Deep Body Temple Journeys
These are guided journeys into deeper connection with your body temple and all that is alive within her. Beneath the surface layers of moving through your day to day world, here you drop into the deeper parts of your soma, your feminine intelligence, your gnosis.
Practically, you will be moving & dancing to a specifically curated playlist while I guide you with my voice to drop deeper into your body and your senses. Guiding you on a journey of discovery and exploration of these inner parts of yourself.
These temple journeys are a space where your body gets the chance to speak freely. In her circles and spirals, her deep releases, her unexplainable motions and movements that she has been desperately wanting to make.
SHE gets to speak from the inside out.
Moving beyond patterns of domestication of how the body “should” move, or is conditioned to move… you experience the deeper layers of your body’s authentic expression.
These journeys allow the wisdom and intelligence of your body to be felt and known.

Cacao Ceremony
Cacao is an incredible medicine for helping us connect with what is right below the surface. With emotions and parts of ourselves that have not had the space in our day to day lives to be felt and heard. She can help us open, process, and integrate these vital parts of ourselves back into wholeness. She is an amazing ally for bringing us into the heart, into the soma, into the truth.
For these ceremonies you will be guided to purchase and prepare your own cacao (as we will be on zoom). As we all gather on the call, I will guide you into connection and prayer with the cacao. And then we will go on a journey with the medicine. Through sound medicine and guided journeying, you will be supported in dropping in with your prayers and what is alive on your heart.
This is intended to be a space of deep exhale. A slowing down and being with yourself and your precious heart. Strengthening your connection to yourself and your ability to work with & alchemize your emotions and what you carry.
I have trained with an Andean indigenous woman Erika in the facilitation of Cacao Ceremony. So the way I hold the space and prepare and offer this medicine is based in teachings from her lineage and the Andean people of the cloud forests. With my own medicine and space holding as well. Cacao has been with her since before birth and passed on to her through her mother and grandmother. I carry this forward with deep reverence for those who grow, tend, and make this medicine, and for her wisdom passed on to me. A portion of the proceeds from these classes will be sent back to this Andean community who grow the cacao that I sit with.
