Joyful, abundant pleasurable creation is innately coded into our physiology. Amanita unwinds sensations of shame to re-awaken the circuitry of innate abundance in benefit for all, allowing miracles to emerge despite chaos and war.
We will be journeying with her spirit and physical body in multiple ways. Beginning with a soft attunement through dreamtime journeying, and then into a deeper process of plant attunement structure with daily practices and altar creation.

Song medicine is a healing technology that brings us into deeper connection with our soul and the pulse of life all around us. Song is a way to make prayer and offerings & co-create with the magic & sacredness of life.
We will be singing in joyful communion with Amanita, and play with rattle song to connect with our joy & sorrow, grief & praise, inviting benevolent kin in the other world to co-create through Amanita veil magic.
Our journey will guide you in opening for oracular transmission to receive plant song. Bringing the medicine of the plants, animals, and fae through your voice and unique frequency of soul.
Medicine Rattles
Medicine Rattles are portal keys to the otherworld. They support energetic purification, oracular states, song catching & communion with the Fae. Rattles open a whole realm of sound & rhythm, song & prayer from which we can weave miracles into form.
As part of this dieta you will be guided on a magical journey of weaving your own Medicine Rattle. You get to weave your heart's prayers and the medicine you are cultivating into a personal tool. You will carry this physical talisman with you after the dieta to continue to deepen in your song, tend to energetics, and as a doorway to commune with beloved kin in the otherworlds.

As a professional bodyworker & shamanic healer for over 10 years, Audrey has followed the unique path of her own healing journey to apprentice in various skill-sets, from the mystical to the mundane, and to refine multi-faceted lens of understanding, which allow her to “share wisdom in a way that seeps into your bones,” as one client named.
Audrey has restored and repaired karmically fractured timelines from Mu (Lumeria), Atlantis, the Temples of Isis, Ix Chel and Avalon and she continues to tend the re-arranging Dragon Lines in her Grid Work, which has called her all over the world.

Abigail Hinds
Abigail is a healing practitioner, medicine weaver, and vocalist. Abigail is an ancient soul and a mystic at heart, who loves creating spaces of magic and remembrance. She works primarily with women, supporting them to come home to the sanctuary of their bodies & essence.
Abigail has been a bodyworker and somatic practitioner of 9 years. Her work weaves together anatomical knowledge, ancient healing wisdom, and somatic practices to help women reclaim sovereignty over their bodies and develop a lifelong relationship of care with their female design. Her specialization is in breast health & heart healing.
As a singer & song weaver, you can find Abigail outside singing melodies to the trees and channeling songs for the birds. She carries the ancient frequency of the whales, song of the sea, and melodic magical earth speak of the fae. It is her great joy to share the medicine of song and infuses it into everything she does.
Abigail is deeply connected to the animal realms and tends to them in life & death, spirit and form. As a weaver and artists she creates practical and mystical creations that are alive with spirit and prayer, often working with the animals through creating drums, rattles, and feather wands. Revitalizing the wisdom of ancestral arts, she is deeply interested in returning ways of creation that are in honoring and harmonic reciprocity with creation.
