Our breasts & heart are such an essential medicine of our feminine nature that we are gifted as women. A powerful space of wisdom, nourishment, and overflowing love and pleasure.
Yet for most, this space is deeply overlooked and neglected. Constricted, painful, achey, and congested. Burdened with fear, unprocessed emotions, and unspoken truths.
I have found that on a deeper level, most women are quite disconnected from their breasts & heart space. It makes sense, because of all the facets culture and society that normalize and promote this.
There is SO much medicine and beauty to be reclaimed in this terrain.
And that is what this space is devoted to. Supporting you to reconnect with this space. To develop your own embodied, informed, and loving relationship with this space.
This training will offer you the skill + education on breast care
that you need to keep your breasts healthy.
This container is also a sanctuary space for your heart,
for the tender unfolding that can be part of reconnecting to your breasts, and giving them the healing & tending they need.
As breast healing is not separate from heart healing.
This space is designed to support you to come home to the sanctuary of your own heart and all of the
medicine & wisdom she contains.

Deep Body Temple Journeys
These are guided journeys into deeper connection with your body temple and all that is alive within her. Beneath the surface layers of moving through your day to day world, here you drop into the deeper parts of your soma, your feminine intelligence, your gnosis.
Practically, you will be moving & dancing to a specifically curated playlist while I guide you with my voice to drop deeper into your body and your senses. Guiding you on a journey of discovery and exploration of these inner parts of yourself.
These journeys are quite magical and deep. Revealing parts of yourself that have perhaps become buried and forgotten in your everyday business and mundane flow.
These temple journeys are a space where your body gets the chance to speak freely. In her circles and spirals, her deep releases, her unexplainable motions and movements that she has been desperately wanting to make.
SHE gets to speak from the inside out.
Moving beyond patterns of domestication of how the body “should” move, or is conditioned to move… you experience the deeper layers of your body’s authentic expression.
These journeys allow the wisdom and intelligence of your body to be felt and known. Bringing all the teachings home to your body. Your GNOSIS.

Cacao Journeys
Cacao is an incredible medicine for helping us connect with what is right below the surface. With emotions and parts of ourselves that have not had the space in our day to day lives to be felt and heard. She can help us open, process, and integrate these vital parts of ourselves back into wholeness. She is an amazing ally for bringing us into the heart, into the soma, into the truth.
For these ceremonies you will be guided to purchase and prepare your own cacao (as we will be on zoom). As we all gather on the call, I will guide you into connection and prayer with the cacao. And then we will go on a journey with the medicine. Through sound medicine and guided journeying, you will be supported in dropping in with your prayers and what is alive on your heart.
This is intended to be a space of deep exhale. A slowing down and being with yourself and your precious heart. Strengthening your connection to yourself and your ability to work with & alchemize your emotions and what you carry.

I have trained with an Andean indigenous woman Erika in the facilitation of Cacao Ceremony. So the way I hold the space and prepare and offer this medicine is based in teachings from her lineage and the Andean people of the cloud forests. With my own medicine and space holding as well. Cacao has been with her since before birth and passed on to her through her mother and grandmother. I carry this forward with deep reverence for those who grow, tend, and make this medicine, and for her wisdom passed on to me. A portion of the proceeds from these classes will be sent back to this Andean community who grow the cacao that I sit with.

I have specialized in breast health for 9 years, giving over 1,000 hands-on breast massage sessions, and teaching workshops and trainings internationally.
I have become quite adept at the language of women's breast tissue. Refining my skill and approach over many years of hands on work and having an intimate ear to hear about how women are relating to their breasts. Very few practitioners in the world hold this level of direct and in-depth experience with breast tissue. I am so incredibly grateful to have walked this path and found myself in a place to share this wisdom with other women.
As a singer & song weaver, you can find me outside singing melodies to the trees and the birds. I love sharing the medicine of song and incorporate it into all of my offerings and containers. I carry the ancient frequency of the whales, the song of the sea, and a medicine bag of songs. I have studied deep body feminine arts and somatic journeying for many years, and it is a cornerstone of my own medicine and what I offer in these transformational spaces.
What I share is in devotion to our embodiment and to remembering the sanctity of our beings & creative powers with God. So we may birth the deepest visions of our hearts, resurrect sanctuary for the future generations, and restore God’s Kingdom & Queendom on Earth. I seek to illuminate the distortions and manipulations that have kept women and humanity small and disconnected. All that which seeks to harm and desecrate the sacredness of life.
