Welcome to this space of sanctuary & sovereignty. I imagine you hear this call because you are a powerful woman who is here to create change and impact. You know you are meant to create Sanctuary space in your life, in your family, your business, or for humanity. You feel the call to create sanctuary spaces for healing, retreat, and revitalization. To live in harmony with the land, the beautiful creatures we share this earth with, and each other. At this time on Earth, we need sanctuary spaces more than ever. This feels like the most precious vision many of us carry in our hearts and are meant to bring forward into the world. Yet we cannot anchor these spaces in the external without first anchoring this within.

We must create this sanctuary within our own life and vessel. We as women must be able to steward our own bodies and sacred technology they contain if we are to steward families, legacies, land centers, and the larger visions that God has placed in our hearts.

I know that our hearts are one of the keys, one of the portals to living in sanctuary within our bodies and with God. A most central and essential place for us opening to this beauty way of peace and trust and magical creation.

My deepest prayer is for us to restore sanctuary within and around us, to create a world of the most beautiful and glorious expression of God's love and our creative potential as humans.

Opening transmission and setting our space together. We begin with the energetics of LOVE ~ tending our inner temple, and setting the foundation for our journey. Anchoring the love of God & healing that relationship. Delving into how we are in relationship with ourselves & others, and how our channels of reciprocity flow. Speaking to that seeks to desecrate our sacredness. What our heart needs to thrive and blossom. Honoring and activating the technology of our female body & her sacred design.

Foundational teaching for breast health & lymphatic care ~ from a practical / traditional & mermaid perspective. We go over the lymphatic system, how the breasts are designed, and how to do self massage & practices that optimally nourish your lymph flow. This includes full body and womb lymphatic care. Guasha / Scubs / Brushing. Hands-on embodied practice together. Insight into the water codes of our lymphatic flow.

We go in depth in exploring your breast tissue ~ all the details & layers of what you may find in there. We go into basic Ayurvedic / Elemental principals and how they show up in your constitution and tissues. How to identify different kinds of lumps & imbalances, and how to help them shift & dissolve. My name is Abigail Hinds, also known as Abiwhale. I will be your guide on this journey of coming home to Sanctuary within.

I am a healer, song carrier, rainbow medicine weaver, and women's health & embodiment guide. I am a breast whisperer, and specialist in all things breast care. I have supported over a thousand women to open to the health and magic of their breasts. I have been teaching on breast health and offering hands-on breast care for 9 years. ​
​
It is my absolute delight, and honor, and zone of genius to support women in this way ~ to come home to the sanctuary of their bodies and essence. ​
​
I share this medicine and wisdom from a place of embodiment and experience. I have walked a long and wild journey to come to a place of true sanctuary within my being. When I first entered the field of the breasts, I had dry, depleted, fibrocystic breasts, and a heart with a lot of repressed emotions that was terrified of speaking my truth. My poor boundaries and low self esteem lead me to be in abusive relationships that disrespected my heart and tore down my life.
​
My breasts now are the most healthy and full they have ever been. I genuinely love and appreciate my body and feel comfortable in my natural self and expression. I am grateful every single day for the blessing of my life and all that is in it. I have loving and deeply nourishing relationships in my life that delight my heart. I feel clear in my discernment and will easily walk away from anything that does not honor my being, or resonant with love.
In addition to my personal healing journey, have studied in a wide variety of fields from Ayurvedic medicine, to nutrition, to energy healing, and oracular singing. I have been on a devotional journey of healing, wellness, embodiment, and magical activation for well over a decade. And I am here to share the keys from my rainbow medicine bag with you.​​​​
